Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and handle incoming/outgoing calls professionally.
Maintain visitor logs, employee attendance, and general office records.
Handle incoming mails, courier coordination, and document filing.
Prepare basic reports, letters, and emails using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and coordinating with internal departments.
Maintain office supplies, stationery inventory, and ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
Support HR and accounts teams with basic documentation when required.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in fluent English.
Manage appointments, follow-ups, and daily office activities efficiently.
Required Skills:
Good English communication - verbal and written.
Strong computer/system knowledge including MS Office & email handling.
Professional attitude, good presentation, and customer service mindset.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Basic knowledge of office management procedures.
