Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Maintain contact lists and databases
Book travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries
Greet visitors and provide general support to guests

Qualification:
+ High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
+ Proven administrative or assistant experience
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
+ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
