Draft and respond to

Maintain and update records, databases, and inventories.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support HR and Finance teams with basic administrative duties.
Manage office supplies and ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace.
Assist visitors and provide necessary information or direction.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff.
