Admin Assistant (Fresher)

to join our Coimbatore team. This role offers exposure to vendor management, logistics, warehousing, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Follow-ups:

Coordinate with vendors on orders, payments, and delivery timelines.

Logistics Support:

Track shipments, follow up with courier partners, and resolve delivery issues.

Warehousing & Fulfillment:

Assist with inventory, packing, dispatch, and order fulfillment.

Customer Handling:

Respond to emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp/texts regarding orders, returns, and queries.

Admin Tasks:

Data entry, report preparation (Google Sheets/Excel), and other daily admin support.
What We're Looking For

Freshers (0-1 year experience) are welcome to apply. Good communication in

English

; knowledge of

Tamil

and

Hindi

is highly beneficial. Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace). Organized, proactive, and eager to learn with a customer-first mindset.
Benefits
