Job Summary:
We are seeking a male Admin Assistant from Trichy to manage day-to-day administrative activities at our Trichy branch. The role includes office maintenance, vendor management, procurement, and coordination of facility-related requirements to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of office premises to ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
Handle rent-related matters, including agreements, renewals, and communication with property owners.
Coordinate plumbing, electrical, and repair works in collaboration with service providers.
Maintain stock levels of office stationery and initiate replenishment orders when required.
Collect and compare quotations for printing, materials, and other administrative needs.
Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor and follow up on Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities with electricians, including full shutdown procedures every six months.
Provide support in other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong vendor coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
