Handle calls, emails, and daily correspondence efficiently.
Maintain all files and records properly and in an organized manner.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data entry work.
Help in managing meeting schedules and appointments.
Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Coordinate with different departments, follow up on pending work, and update the team accordingly.
Assist visitors and clients in a polite and professional manner.
Maintain proper records of office supplies and stationery; raise requests for replenishment when required.
Report any cleaning, security, or maintenance issues to the concerned department.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports with the Admin Manager.
