Manage daily office operations including opening, closing of the store and keeping things in place.
Managing maintenance of store, tools, machines.
Employee management - attendance, overtime, onboarding new employees
Manage parcels, courier - dispatch and receive and tracking
Assist in procurement and inventory management of office supplies.
Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners.
Bonus Points
Experience with using laptop and general online applications
Familiarity with MS excel
Prior experience in a fast-paced environment.
