Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining records.
Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, or presentation software.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Greet and assist visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Assist in HR and accounting tasks as needed (e.g., timesheet tracking, invoice processing).
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as required.
Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
