Administrative Assistant
with
fluent English communication skills
to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and general office support, ensuring efficient and professional office workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in
clear, fluent English
.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Draft and edit reports, emails, and other communications with attention to grammar and clarity.
Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Order office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
Assist with data entry and database updates.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Support team members and other departments with administrative tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with office management tools and scheduling software.
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or record-keeping.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced or multilingual environment.
