Key Responsibilities
Office Administration & Coordination
Assist with daily administrative tasks and office coordination
Ensure overall office upkeep, cleanliness, and smooth day-to-day functioning
Maintain and track office inventory, stationery, pantry items, and supplies
Ensure timely availability of all office essentials
Communication & Documentation
Handle and respond to official emails or escalate when required
Draft and manage official letters, emails, and internal communications
Maintain filing systems, records, and databases in an organized manner
Vendor & External Coordination
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Assist with follow-ups for services, invoices, and payments
Accounts & Office Transactions
Assist in processing payments as per invoices and approvals
Maintain petty cash records, expenses, bills, and receipts
Support banking-related tasks and payment follow-ups
Keep accurate office financial and transaction records
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in
B.Com, BAF, BBA, BMS, or any related field
0-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
