An Admin in a school is responsible to oversee day-to-day activities, manage facilities, handle supplies, and maintain records (student, staff, financial).
Manage staff attendance, leave, recruitment, service records, and address staff welfare and grievances.
Maintain student records, assist with reports/newsletters, manage communication (phone, email), and greet visitors.
Support teachers, create a positive environment, help shape the school's vision, and liaise with the community.
Implement and ensure adherence to school policies, regulations.
