Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative and office support activities
Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence
Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
Support HR/admin tasks such as attendance tracking and data entry
Ensure smooth functioning of office operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6 months to 1 year of experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and work independently
