Job Purpose
The Admin Executive is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and handling office documentation efficiently, with strong computer and typing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle office documentation, data entry, and filing (physical and digital).
Perform accurate and fast typing for letters, reports, emails, and records.
Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and administrative registers.
Manage correspondence, emails, and internal communication.
Support HR, finance, and operations teams with administrative tasks.
Handle office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare basic reports.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of administrative information.
