The Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with vendors and service providers, maintaining office supplies, supporting HR and finance departments, and ensuring smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee general office administration including housekeeping, maintenance, and security services.
Manage office supplies and inventory; coordinate procurement and maintain stock levels.
Liaise with vendors for office equipment, printing, courier services, and facility management.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office infrastructure (ACs, printers, IT equipment, etc.).
Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and company functions.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, phone calls, and courier deliveries.
Support HR with onboarding processes such as ID cards, seating arrangements, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain necessary documentation.
Process utility bills and coordinate with the finance team for payments and record-keeping.

Educational Qualifications:

Additional certification in Office Management or Administration is a plus
Experience:
1-3 years of relevant experience in administrative or office management roles
