Position Overview
We are hiring an
Admin Assistant
to support administrative operations and monitor session quality and compliance. This role involves scheduling online sessions, coordinating with employees and clients, and auditing sessions for punctuality and performance.
Ideal for individuals with administrative experience who are detail-oriented, organized, and looking to grow in operations and quality control within the wellness sector.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage schedules for online sessions in coordination with clients and employees.
Audit live and recorded fitness, nutrition, and consultation sessions to ensure quality and timeliness.
Track attendance and schedule adherence.
Maintain accurate daily and weekly audit reports.
Communicate and follow up with trainers/employees regarding sessions, attendance, and compliance.
Handle administrative support tasks, documentation, and reporting.
Identify process gaps or performance concerns and escalate appropriately.
Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Department Leads.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months experience in Administration or Data Entry roles.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Strong coordination, organizational, and analytical skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and reporting tools.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience or exposure to operations or audit roles.
Basic understanding of the wellness or service industry.
