Ensure timely repair and upkeep of office assets (e.g., computers, printers) and factory machinery.
Proactively address common issues such as screen flickers, hardware malfunctions, etc.
Utilities Oversight:
Resolve electricity, internet, and water-related issues efficiently.
Liaise with service providers to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.
Scrap & Facility Management:
Coordinate regular scrap pickups in line with SOPs; follow up with vendors when required.
Maintain overall cleanliness and orderliness of the facility; respond promptly to employee complaints.
Government Liaison
Regulatory Compliance:
Manage interactions with local authorities (e.g., BMC, MHADA, police departments).
Oversee documentation for licenses, trademarks, and patents, ensuring all renewals are handled on time.
Issue Resolution:
Handle coordination with government officials for operational issues (e.g., water pipeline breakdowns).
Stay informed about relevant regulatory changes that may affect operations.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably with a background in factory or FMCG environments.
Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on their feet and handle operational challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
