Job Description

Position: Center Admin Executive



Work Timings:

8.30 AM to 5.30 PM (1st and 3rd Saturdays are holidays)

Location:

Sector 21, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:



Admin



Payment of bills Maintenance & repairs Inter department coordination Obtaining necessary approvals and signatures/authorization

Basic Accounting



Book Keeping Vouchers submission to accounts against expenses under different categories Data entry File maintenance

Finance



Managing the books of accounts Tracking the fee payments Creating the MIS reports

Operations



Managing the SOPs and operations for the school and the ancillary services

Procurement & Vendor relations



Coordination with new and existing vendors for the framing and the renewal of contracts Settlements

Role Prerequisites:



Bachelor's degree in accounting/commerce Preferred Familiarity with MS Office and online admin tools At least 2-3 years' experience in similar role preferred. At least 1 year of experience in a preschool will be an advantage Position is open for both female and male candidates
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
