Office Management: Overseeing daily operations, ensuring the office is clean and well-organized, and managing office supplies and equipment. Communication: Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and general correspondence, and relaying messages efficiently. Scheduling & Travel: Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries. Record Keeping: Maintaining organized physical and electronic filing systems for documents, records, and important information. Reporting & Documentation: Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and executives. Support to Executives: Providing direct support to senior leaders, sometimes including personal assistance tasks, to ensure their daily needs are met.
