Key Responsibility:
- Manage front desk, handle calls and visitors, and maintain office supplies.
- Organize files, records, and meetings.
- Support HR and finance teams.
- Keep office clean and tidy.
- Handle petty cash, reports, invoices, and billing
Requirements:
- Administrative experience
- Good communication skills
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Graduate degree preferred
