We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, manage documentation, and ensure smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies and inventory
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain and organize files and records
Support scheduling and calendar management
Assist in preparing reports and presentations
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Requirements:
Proven experience in office administration or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
High school diploma; additional qualifications are a plus
