Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, payments, and deliveries.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
Administrative Duties:
Handle day-to-day office administration such as filing, record keeping, and correspondence.
Prepare and manage sales reports, invoices, and documentation.
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
Support inventory management and stock tracking related to sales.
Customer Service:
Act as a point of contact for clients for basic inquiries and support.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the concerned department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
06 Month of experience in sales coordination or admin roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
