Qualifications:
What wexe2x80x99re looking for:

  • Proven experience in administrative and front desk support.
  • Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or Bachelor running.
  • At least 2-3 year of relevant experience in a similar work environment.
  • Strong proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities effectively, and maintain confidentiality in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in office management, clerical functions, and providing HR support with keen attention to detail.

The salary range for this role considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licenses and certifications, and other related skillsets. The disclosed range is an estimate and has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Responsibilities:
Role Expectations:
  • Address client concerns and escalate issues to appropriate departments.
  • Support event planning, including booking venues and managing attendee lists.
  • Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as directed.
  • Tracking and scheduling maintenance for office equipment and facilities
  • Supporting data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records under supervision.
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to departments as instructed.
  • Ensuring office cleanliness and proper organization by assisting with housekeeping tasks.
  • Great and assist visitors and clients, ensuring welcoming and professional front office experience.
  • Answer direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized personal desk area.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and staff, including interviews for candidates.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, including setup and troubleshooting equipment.
  • Follow and update safety protocols during unexpected situations.
