We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate communication, and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and office coordination.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; provide accurate information or route them to the correct department.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
Support HR and management in scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments.
Prepare reports, letters, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
Assist in maintaining records, databases, and company documents with accuracy.
Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and company activities when required.
Support finance with basic tasks such as invoice tracking, petty cash handling, or bill follow-up (if applicable).
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
