Job Duties



Handling administrative requests and queries Organizing and managing documents with admin portal Develop and maintain a Physical filing system Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Update and maintain office policies and procedures Handling Calls and Queries from the cutomers

Requirements and skills



Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Age Limit : 25-35

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
