: Maintain office supplies, handle correspondence, and ensure the organization of the office.
Documentation:
Preparation of documentation, Organize and maintain both physical and softcopy files.
Data Entry
: Prepare attendance records, payroll in Excel, PG statements, and site expense statement.
Meeting Coordination:
Prepare minutes of meetings (MOM).
Labor Management
: Arrange PG/room accommodations and coordinate with PG owners., coordination with workers if any shift in the location
HR Support:
Assist with onboarding, record-keeping, payroll processing, and recruitment.
Health & Safety
: Ensure compliance with regulations and assist in training workers
Financial Administration
: Manage site expenses and handle petty cash.
Supplier Management:
Communicate with suppliers to obtain competitive quotes, maintain inventory of HR/admin purchases, office essentials, and first aid supplies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Team player with a positive attitude.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
