Job Description

Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and visitor management. Maintain organized filing systems, office records, and documentation. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and preparing reports. Manage office supplies and vendor coordination. Support HR in recruitment coordination, attendance, and leave records. Draft and circulate official communications, letters, and notices. Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of deals. Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional events, and exhibitions. Maintain customer database and prepare sales/BD progress reports. Represent the company professionally in client meetings, events, and forums. Update leads and follow-up status in CRM tools or Excel trackers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
