Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Maintain office supplies and inventory, reorder when necessary.
Oversee office layout and maintenance needs (cleaning, repairs, etc.).
Supervise support staff (cleaners, drivers, messengers, etc.)
2. Documentation and Records Management
Maintain and organize office records (hard copy and digital).
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Ensure secure filing and document retrieval systems.
Assist in drafting reports, memos, and other business documents.
3. Facility Management
Coordinate maintenance and repair of office infrastructure.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for utilities and contracts (e.g., internet, printers, building services).
4. Travel and Logistics
Make travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transport).
Process travel expense reimbursements.
Arrange local transportation or courier services as needed.
5. Vendor and Purchase Management
Handle procurement of office supplies, services, and equipment.
Evaluate vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain vendor database and payment records
6. Support to Management
Provide administrative support to senior management.
Assist in confidential or time-sensitive projects.
