Performing basic admin duties including handling Emails, printing, attending customer queries, coordination.
Drafting quotations to customers for inquiries received on mail & preparing sales acceptance forms, Sales support & coordination, Sending quotations & BOQ.
Filling up of Vendor Registration Form/Pre- Qualification Form.
Preparing and Processing Tax invoice of materials, Delivery challan & Purchase Orders, Payment Statements of vendors.
Qualification - Graduate / MBA
Experience - 1+years of experience is required.
Salary - 15K to 18K per month (Based on experience & last drawn)
