Roles and responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the school.
Maintain accurate records for students, staff, and school documentation.
Handle admissions documentation, transfer certificates, ID cards, bonafide certificates, and attendance tracking.
Prepare circulars, notices, reports, and support school leadership in planning and scheduling.
Coordinate fee collection, assist parents with payment queries, and collaborate with the accounts team.
Ensure campus cleanliness, monitor school inventory, and liaise with vendors for maintenance.
Maintain HR records, assist with new staff onboarding, and organize staff meetings/training.
Provide logistical and administrative support for school events, field trips, and co-curricular activities.
Operate school ERP systems and use tools like MS Office, email, and cloud platforms.
Update announcements via school app, website, or WhatsApp groups.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2+ years experience in a school administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
