About the Role:
The
Admin Assistant (Female Only)
will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative activities, coordinating with teams, handling office records, and ensuring smooth internal operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Role Objectives:
Handle daily office operations, correspondence, and filing systems.
Maintain employee records, attendance sheets, and related documentation.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and supporting HR/Admin functions.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as required.
Manage office supplies, stock, and maintain records.
Support management in administrative and clerical tasks.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Basic Requirements:
Qualification: Any Graduate.
Experience: 1-3 years in administrative support or office management (preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision.
Good interpersonal skills for coordination with teams and vendors.
