Job Description

Scheduling & Communication

: Manage calendars, book appointments, arrange meetings/travel, answer phones, handle emails, and redirect inquiries.

Documentation & Reporting

: Create memos, reports, spreadsheets, presentations; maintain filing systems (digital/physical); perform data entry.

Office Management

: Order supplies, maintain inventory, ensure equipment maintenance, manage mail/deliveries.

Support

: Assist management and teams with various tasks, support HR with onboarding, coordinate events, manage basic bookkeeping/expenses.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Technical

: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.

Organizational

: Excellent time management, attention to detail, ability to prioritize.

Interpersonal

: Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, ability to work with diverse individuals.

Personal

: Discretion with confidential info, proactive, flexible, problem-solving.

HR

: Manage employee personnel records & communicate with human resource team.

Healthcare

: Handle patient records (EHR), verify insurance, manage medical supplies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
