Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration

Manage daily office activities and maintain discipline

Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination

Maintain office files, records, and registers (physical & digital)

Schedule meetings, appointments, and reminders for partners & staff

Client Coordination

Coordinate with clients for document collection (GST, IT, Audit, TDS, etc.)

Follow up with clients for pending documents and information

Maintain client database and communication records

Documentation & Compliance Support

Filing and organizing documents related to:

Income Tax, GST, TDS, Audit & ROC (basic support)

Uploading/downloading documents from portals (IT, GST, MCA - basic level)

Preparing checklists and tracking due dates

Accounts & Billing Support

Assist in preparing invoices and fee follow-ups

Maintain petty cash and basic expense records

Support staff with data entry and Excel work

General Support

Coordinate with banks, couriers, vendors, and government offices if required

Assist CA staff during peak filing seasons

Maintain confidentiality of client and firm data

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate (B.Com preferred)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email

Good communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi; English basic)

Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented

Prior experience in CA / Accounting / Tax firm preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
