Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., answering phones, managing correspondence, filing, and data entry).
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate appointments for staff and management.
Assist with inventory control and ordering office or kitchen supplies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation including HACCP logs, supplier records, and food safety reports.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics providers as needed.
Support HR tasks such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and tracking attendance.
Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as requested by management.
Help maintain compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
