Clearly explain the admission process, course details, and key benefits
Handle student queries professionally via phone, email, or in person
Maintain accurate student data and update administrative records
Support daily office coordination and admin tasks as needed

Excellent Hindi communication skills - verbal and written
Friendly and confident personality with good people skills
