• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - must

Salary: xe2x82xb910,000/- to xe2x82xb915,000/- + Bonus
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Transport: Bus facility available
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.
• Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and data analysis using Excel.
• Maintain and update company records and databases.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
• Support the team with office operations and documentation.
• Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field.
• Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts, data analysis).
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
