Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage office administration, including stationery, housekeeping, and facility management. Handle travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and visitor coordination. Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Support HR in maintaining attendance, employee records, and induction formalities. Assist management with drafting letters, preparing reports, and scheduling meetings. Ensure smooth communication flow within the office. Handle petty cash, bill payments, and expense tracking. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and multitasking ability. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Problem-solving and proactive approach.

Preferred Profile:



Female candidates only. Pleasant personality with a professional approach. Prior experience in admin/office management preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
