Daily admin tasks & office coordination
Create proposals, documents, and professional emails
Recruitment: job posting, screening, interview scheduling
Maintain Excel trackers (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas)
Team coordination & follow-ups on deadlines
Build systems, SOPs, checklists, and workflows
Maintain company data, sheets & reports
Required Skills
Fluent English (spoken + written)
Advanced Excel
Strong communication & organisational skills
Proposal writing & documentation
