We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Executive Assistant
to support the Estate Manager in daily administrative, coordination, and supervision activities. The candidate should have strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Estate Manager in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Maintain estate documentation, reports, and records using MS Excel.
Coordinate and supervise estate staff and ensure smooth functioning of operations.
Handle liaison work with vendors, authorities, and service providers.
Manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups for the Estate Manager.
Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and daily checklists.
Support in preparing MIS reports, expense sheets, and inventory records.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper communication flow.
Requirements:
Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in administrative or estate/ facility management roles.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel & basic computer operations.
Good communication skills and ability to supervise staff.
Organized, disciplined, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Experience in liaison work is preferred.
