We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to support our administrative team. The primary responsibility will be managing travel arrangements, including booking hotels, flights, and train tickets, along with providing general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements for employees and management.
Book hotels, flights, trains, cabs, and other travel-related services as per requirements.
Maintain records of travel expenses and bookings for reimbursement and reporting purposes.
Ensure travel arrangements comply with company policies and budget.
Communicate itineraries and confirmations to employees promptly.
Handle changes, rescheduling, and cancellations of bookings efficiently.
Liaise with travel agencies, hotels, and vendors for best rates and services.
Provide general administrative support such as handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files.
Assist in managing office supplies, courier services, and day-to-day office operations when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Proven experience as an Admin Assistant, Office Assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of travel booking portals and vendors will be an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
