We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused
Admin Assistant & Customer Relations Executive
to support daily administrative operations while delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth office processes and positive client experiences.
Office duty hours : 10 am to 6 pm
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
Manage day-to-day office administration and clerical tasks
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases (digital and physical)
Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as required
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and office communications
Support management and team members with general administrative assistance
Customer Relations Duties
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in person
Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly
Maintain and update customer records and CRM systems
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers
Assist with customer onboarding and after-sales support where applicable
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative, customer service, or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is an advantage
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
