Manage office documentation, filing, and data entry.
Handle courier dispatch/receipt and maintain records.
Support in procurement of office supplies and inventory management.
Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and documentation.
Field Duties:
Deliver and collect documents from clients, vendors, or government offices.
Visit banks, utility offices, and other institutions as needed.
Support operational tasks on the field (site visits, vendor coordination, etc.).
Ensure timely and efficient execution of errands and assignments.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
Must own a bike and have a valid driving license.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Polite, punctual, and trustworthy.
