Admin Assistant cum Data Entry Operator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant cum Data Entry Operator to support day-to-day administrative activities and ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance. The role requires efficiency, confidentiality, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain data in Excel, internal systems, and databases with high accuracy
Verify data for errors and inconsistencies and correct them promptly
Maintain physical and digital records, files, and documents
Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and basic MIS
Handle routine administrative tasks such as emails, follow-ups, and coordination
Manage office documentation, invoices, bills, and vendor records
Support HR/admin activities such as attendance tracking and document collection
Coordinate with internal teams for data requirements and updates
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or 12th pass (minimum)
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations
Good typing speed with strong attention to detail
Basic understanding of office processes and documentation
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience:
0-3 years (freshers with good computer skills may apply)

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
