Administrative Assistant
to join our team remotely from India.
Role Overview
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting our Canadian operations team. This role combines
general administrative responsibilities
with
sales support
and
dispatch coordination
. You will be working directly with our Canadian team, so the ability to collaborate in Canadian business hours (PST) is required.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support including email management, data entry, and document preparation
Maintain CRM records and ensure all sales and job data is accurate and up to date
Assist with preparing and sending sales quotes, contracts, and follow-up documentation
Support scheduling and dispatch of field crews across multiple service lines
Coordinate between sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of jobs
Track and organize incoming leads, customer requests, and deadlines
Generate reports on sales, scheduling, and administrative performance for management review
Handle follow-up emails/messages to ensure prospects and jobs move forward
Perform other administrative duties as required by management
Requirements
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and scheduling software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work full-time during Canadian business hours (PST)
Reliable internet connection and computer for remote work
Previous experience in administrative support, sales administration, or dispatching preferred
Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
