Job Role & Responsibility:
o Providing assistance to the HR team in recruitment and onboarding.
o Provide support to new recruits with facilities and necessary assets like
o Employee uniform/ID/ Business card/electronics items etc.
o Manage employees' grievances related to administration
o Monitor Admin department's budget
o Health and Safety
o Organize conference and meeting and organize Catering.
o Housekeeping Maintenance
o Air Ticket Booking.
o Hotel Reservation
o Employee Sim card management
o Monthly OA Payment process (Employee Mobile bill, landline bills & electricity)
o Housekeeping/Pantry/Office requirements.
o Security agencies management
o Stationery Utilization in HR & Admin.
o Key Important Visitor information
o Weekly & monthly meeting reports
o Monthly Bills processing of Security, Housekeeping & Canteen
o Handling management of major staff meetings and annual events of the organization.
o Performing clerical and admin tasks such as receiving calls, arranging appointments and ordering workplace supplies.
o Maintain confidentiality with crucial data of the organization
o Performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties with minimal supervision including answering phones, making appointments, and ordering office supplies
o Employee engagement plan & celebration of different festivals
