Knowledge of site documentation, attendance management, and vendor coordination preferred

Handle day-to-day site administrative activities and office management.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and daily manpower reports.
Assist in handling petty cash, vouchers, and bill submissions.
Coordinate with the Purchase and Accounts department for material and vendor documentation.
Maintain records of inward and outward material, gate passes, and delivery challans.
Support the Project Manager in preparing reports and correspondence.
Ensure smooth communication between the site office and head office.
Handle housekeeping, security, and basic facility management at the site.
