Office Management: Maintain an organized office environment
Data & Records: Perform data entry, maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems (both digital and physical) with a high degree of accuracy.
Correspondence: Handle general office correspondence, including sorting mail, drafting professional emails, memos, and reports as directed by management.
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage and coordinate calendars for key personnel, schedule internal/external meetings, and assist with booking travel arrangements or event logistics.
Documentation: Assist in the preparation, formatting, and proofreading of documents, presentations, and reports.
Coordinating: Coordinate with the Sales department and other departments for operational purposes.
Customer Contact: Make outbound calls to prospective clients (cold or warm calling) or existing customers to promote products/services, and handle incoming customer inquiries.
Sales & Lead Generation: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest, qualify leads, and meet daily/weekly/monthly sales or lead generation targets.
Customer Service: Address customer questions, resolve basic issues or complaints, and direct complex service/technical inquiries to the relevant department.
Information Gathering: Obtain and update customer contact details and feedback, ensuring all interactions are accurately logged in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls with leads, existing customers, or for administrative tasks (e.g., chasing outstanding documents or payments).
Scripts: Utilize and customize prepared scripts to deliver consistent, persuasive, and professional product pitches and information.
