Act as the first point of contact for the field sales team for any operational or customer-related queries.
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, supply chain, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.
Provide prompt support through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
2. Online Coordination
Use CRM and internal tools to update customer information, sales leads, and status of orders.
Monitor and manage online orders or inquiries coming from various channels (e-commerce platforms, company portals, etc.).
Track and share updates with the sales team in real-time.
3. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (e.g., sales performance, order tracking, stock availability).
Collate field data shared by sales reps and create actionable insights for management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Communication & Follow-Up
Regular follow-up with sales representatives for updates on sales visits, order status, and customer feedback.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or leadership team.
Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
Explain products or services and answer questions from customers.
Generate leads or sales through cold/warm calling.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Update CRM or database with call details and outcomes.
