As an Admin and Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind our sales initiatives while ensuring smooth administrative operations. Your role will blend dynamic sales strategies with effective management practices, allowing you to foster strong client relationships and drive business growth. You'll engage in both inside and outside sales, utilizing your expertise in B2B sales and account management to generate leads and close deals. Your contributions will be pivotal in enhancing our market presence and achieving our ambitious sales targets.
What you'll do
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business development goals
Manage customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
Conduct lead generation activities, including cold calling and networking
Deliver engaging product demonstrations to potential clients
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts
Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for territory management
Negotiate contracts and close deals while upselling additional products or services
Basic qualifications
Proven experience in direct sales, with a strong focus on B2B environments
