We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin & Project Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience. The candidate will support day-to-day administrative work and coordinate project activities.
The role requires handling teams, coordinating with institutions, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Handle administrative and office coordination work.
Coordinate and monitor ongoing projects.
Communicate and deal with institutions, partners, and stakeholders.
Support team members and manage daily task follow-ups.
Maintain project documents, records, and reports.
Prepare basic reports using Ms Office.
Ensure smooth internal communication and process flow.
Required Skills

Basic system and computer knowledge

Experience
3-5 years of relevant experience in Administration / Project Coordination
