We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Administration Executive
to handle daily operational and administrative tasks across accounts, procurement, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative activities and office operations
Handle vendor management, procurement of materials, and inventory tracking
Support accounting tasks including expense tracking, petty cash, invoice management, and coordination with CA and accounts team
Maintain records of employee attendance, reimbursements, and purchases
Assist management in documentation, MIS reports, and process improvements
Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and field staff
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent
2-4 years of experience in administration, procurement, or accounts coordination
Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and basic accounting principles
Good communication and time management skills
Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
